Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers

  • Provide empathetic and personalized service to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information, ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines

Requirements

* At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)

  • Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
