Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Spanish / English (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a talented and energetic Representative to join our Customer Service team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing our sales productivity, and assisting with the overall optimization of customer service. Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (REMOTE - Bilingual English / Spanish fluent) provides support/service for reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, or fax. The job provides world class customer service in reputed company interactions. The successful individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to reputed company accurate data entry. Essential Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally fluently in Spanish and English
• Accurately input information into various fields
• Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
• Maintain an order batch
• Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
• Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
• Verify Items and customer’s information entered accurately
• Follow up on pending payments and process payments Minimum Requirements:
• MUST BE ENGLISH / SPANISH FLUENTLY BILINGUAL
• MUST HAVE 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
• MUST BE computer literate with above average data entry skills.
• Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
• Communication and Organizational skills
• Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of reputed company Office: Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools. Competencies:
