Associate Recovery Saving Specialist (Fully Remote)

At times, a late day meeting may be scheduled and attendance will be required. Position Summary The Associate Recovery Savings Specialist position is an entry level position. The ARSS handles a variety of tasks to support the Recovery and Allocation department. The work varies day to day based on the incoming volume of work.

• Providing assistance to managers and staff with a large number of checks that need to be forwarded to another area or returned back to the sender.
• Contacting providers reputed company phone calls for reputed company information.
• Entering and maintaining data on reputed company spreadsheets.
• Preparing daily reports for management and staff.
• Researching and responding to correspondence.
• Researching Medicaid checks and sending them to the correct lockbox.
• Researching unidentified checks and sending them to the correct area for handling.

Required Qualifications

• Data Entry Skills
• Communication Skills both internally and externally
• 1+ year of customer service experience

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
