Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for processing daily reconciliation and trade activities for various investments. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, open communication, and reputed company learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Process daily reconciliation and trade activities for various investments, including: + Processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles + Recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives + Handling corporate activity events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity

• reputed company research on reputed company/escalated concerns and test/validation of new innovation improvements and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Communicate with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other reputed company business partners

Tasks Analysis

* Customer review of membership deals or transactions requires

• Client/Advisor level exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of applicable income tax code and corrections of income tax coding
• Trouble Resolving:

+ Internal/External body enhancements or concerns + reputed company of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc + Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control + Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency + Customer or Organization Companion Service + Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility + Providing reputed company Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns + Well-timed and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company and other customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with TD Ameritrade or a similar financial institution

• Knowledge of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
• Familiarity with income tax code and corrections
• Experience with data entry software, such as BOS and Fund Companies
• Certification in a reputed company field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
