Schedule and Work Environment

As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will work a flexible schedule of 34 hours per week, with the option to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. Our flexible hours allow you to choose from a range of shifts between reputed company and 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. This role is perfect for those who value work-life balance and want to maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers
  • Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet client turnaround times
  • Navigating reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
  • Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
  • Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
  • Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • reputed company quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
  • Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate

Qualifications

To be a successful Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required Level of Experience: 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Strong data entry/typing skills + Excellent attention to detail + High degree of accuracy + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Assessment and Selection Process

If you are selected for further consideration, you will be required to complete an online reputed company data entry assessment. This assessment will evaluate your data entry skills and accuracy, and we require a minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% accuracy reputed company for this position.
