Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat
- Guiding customers through the reputed company-in process, resolving inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience
- Operating loading bridges, tagging and lifting baggage, and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
- Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Proficiency in English
