Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Live Chat Manager reputed company necessary
• Creating relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
• Promoting interest in client products and services

Available Shifts and Compensation
