Key Responsibilities

• Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues

Requirements
