Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Math, Business, or reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, data analysis, or product development
- Proven track record of driving results in reputed company, multi-disciplinary programs
- Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based technologies and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Math, Business, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, data analysis, or product development
- Experience with US Government compliance and contracting principles
- Strong experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure and AWS
- Experience with data analysis tools, including reputed company, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong experience with project management tools, including reputed company, Jira, and MS Project
- Strong experience with communication and collaboration tools, including reputed company, reputed company Teams, and reputed company
reputed company Clearance
This position requires a US Government Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background investigation and obtain the necessary clearance prior to starting work.
