Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. You will work closely with our reputed company team to coordinate equipment services, engage in active listening with customers, and provide product and service information. Your expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources will ensure accurate verification of medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist reputed company internal and external customers in a professional manner, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at reputed company times.

• Receive requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-Commerce, in-person) and complete necessary processes for equipment services.
• Coordinate home equipment service requests with reputed company for reputed company delivery.
• Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Provide customers with product and service information, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources.
• Verify medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for reputed company insurance-assigned services.
• Follow policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
