The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with a dedicated team of leaders and peers who share your passion for customer satisfaction and are committed to supporting your growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, providing exceptional service and support to customers

- Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements:
