Job Summary
As a Senior Gear Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting reputed company across reputed company disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance crew performance and productivity. You will collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our improvement process, generate candidate answers, and weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable. You will also be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving blithequark's present set of reputed company-precise and custom gear that we use every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines
- Preserve, reputed company, and aid present development gear
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines
- Grow blithequark's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
- Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our improvement process
- Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable, and implement the selected answer
- Help the adoption of the solution by the team
Essential Qualifications
* A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
- Enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle: coming across issues, comparing reputed company answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Enjoy operating with custom standalone gear
- Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many recreation development disciplines
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
