About the Job

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation for blithequark's Cloud Database services, including user journeys, concepts, and how-to guides for enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to identify key user journeys and reputed company data models that support clients through those journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, write, and publish technical documentation for Cloud Database services, including user journeys, concepts, and how-to guides for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product managers, design leads, UX researchers, and UI designers to identify key user journeys and reputed company data models that support clients through those journeys.
- Work with functional partners to manage and prioritize the technical writing workload.
- Guide and support other writers in the Cloud Database team.
- Update documentation to address client feedback and internal bug reports.
- Collaborate with the Cloud Database team to consistently refine approaches to delivering a great client experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
