About the Role

We're currently seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join reputed company in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a vital role in helping us transform and innovate our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in VOC methods and big data platforms
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• reputed company and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
• Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects (minimum 3+ years)
• Active collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery principles, with a focus on introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with big data platforms and ecosystems
• Knowledge of data modeling and architecture principles
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions
