Job Summary
As an Operations Support Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with our operations team to resolve issues, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. This is a remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities

This group focuses on individuals, processes, and tools, and is responsible for delivering critical technology capabilities, driving cross-functional initiatives, and creating and empowering various sales support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Deals Activities Group)
* Support the reputed company team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, reputed company, and dashboard reporting
- reputed company and distribute communications to the Southwest Business Group and clients
- Provide customer service to the Southwest Business Group and clients by answering and managing customer and sales requests using CRM tools
- Assist in creating or delivering onboarding and training materials for the group
- Participate in impromptu sales activities, promotions, and planning

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, operations, analytics)
- 1-2 years of experience in a reputed company field (e.g. customer support, operations, sales)
