Job Summary
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the voice of blithequark, working to build relationships with our clients and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, 8-hour per day role that offers a competitive hourly reputed company of $25.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of calls, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company client issues in a first-contact resolution approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to client inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Windows operating systems or similar
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
