Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing information verification and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer requests, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications:
