Job Overview

As an IT Business Analyst – IT Offices, you will provide expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $26 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration of reputed company site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, and maintenance activities for server farm and remote communication room critical infrastructure
• Offer IT support to reputed company to align our client application and engineering teams with workstations, hardware, and access to test their applications
• Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
• Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor reputed company critical facilities infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment
• reputed company server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Support IT Offices reputed company fiber ring to maintain the reputed company and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and reputed company facilities underground fiber ring
• Propose and implement departmental policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with reputed company governing corporate standards and regulations
• Manage server farm and remote communication room standards capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment
• Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities infrastructure
• Project management experience with remote communication room standards capital upgrades, overhauls, and improvements
• Capital forecasting and project management for airport critical equipment life cycle replacement
• Support of Corporate Real Estate projects that reputed company with remote communication room design/work as an IT Offices representative and on-site assessment reporting
• Space, reputed company power, and critical cooling reputed company management
• Selection of critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments
• Manages the design, implementation, and vendor support of the appropriate electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, reputed company, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience
