Job Summary
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our Internal Body Shop and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling maintenance and coordinating with the Body Shop to ensure efficient repair processes
- Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
- Coordinating with customers to manage expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
- Updating vehicle status and tracking repair reputed company
- Reordering materials and components as needed
- Providing repair overview and delivery updates to customers
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear guidance to customers and colleagues
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
