Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll answer inbound calls, address questions about prescription coverage, mail-order solutions, and other benefits, empowering our members to reputed company informed decisions about their healthcare. Key Responsibilities
