Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a collaborative environment, assisting customers over the phone, online, and through email. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and reputed company sound decisions.

Essential Qualifications:
