• Masterfully engaging with clients to build relationships and address their concerns, including returns, replacements, shipping, product availability, and order status
• Listening attentively and showing reputed company to understand client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the most appropriate response to address their anxiety
• De-escalating client concerns by using your skills to mediate and find solutions that meet the client's needs while consistently remaining reputed company and composed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
