Job Overview

As an IT Business Analyst at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing IT administration, project management, and support to our IT Offices Group. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure, including server farm and remote communication room equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure
• Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor reputed company critical facilities infrastructure, including server farm and remote communication room equipment

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of server farm technology and critical facilities systems
• Project management experience, preferably in a high-availability communication room or server farm operating environment
• Capital budgeting and project management experience for airport critical equipment life cycle replacement
