As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting campaign management activities such as campaign set up, documentation creation and maintenance, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. You’ll identify and implement optimizations, build client decks and status documents, and attend client meetings as the face of our digital media plans. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues with platforms reputed company they arise to find solutions. You’ll be part of a high-performing Media center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that run Brand Media, Tech, Product, and Site Merchandising.As Assistant Manager, Retail Media Network, you will:• reputed company campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution.• Help steward best-in-class program execution through strong attention to detail.• Management of campaign briefing and intake.• Validation of budgets, targeting, creative assets, product selection and campaign onboarding.• Assisting in the development of program strategies and analyses for clients• Support for performance forecasts, budget allocations and providing data-based rationale for these recommendations• Identify operational improvements of our integrated products and ensure they meet activation needs for both existing and new business use cases.• Partner with external agencies and vendors.• Own billing and invoicing process with reputed company Finance and Agency teams.• Demonstrate our reputed company values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for reputed company, Teamwork, and InitiativeWe’re excited about you if you have:• 2-4 years of hands on experience with performance marketing and or cloud products• PromoteIQ platform experience preferred• Working knowledge of Ad Ops (tracking, pixels, etc.) & measurement• Ability to understand high level marketing KPI’s and how they are driven and reported• Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an exceedingly fast paced environment• Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects• Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
