We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems and platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product/service information, resolve routine customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with reputed company.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus).
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
