Product Development Project Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, technically proficient, and results-driven Product Development Project Manager to reputed company reputed company product development initiatives from concept through delivery. This role combines strong project management expertise with technical understanding of engineering processes, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional coordination, risk management, and driving accountability across diverse teams.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage product development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

• Prepare and present reputed company reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and status dashboards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk across the product development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or reputed company field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or product development, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Certifications such as DAWIA Level I (Program Management, Lifecycle Logistics, Systems Engineering) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company projects with multiple stakeholders and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, IMS scheduling).
