Instructional Designer
About the RoleWe’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create and maintain high-quality learning materials, simulations, and assessments that power reputed company’s training ecosystem. This role ensures reputed company curriculum, modules, and graded simulations remain up to date, engaging, and reputed company with evolving tools, processes, and client expectations. You’ll collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and program leads to translate reputed company operational workflows into clear, interactive learning experiences.Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.- Strong background in corporate learning, adult education, or process-based training.- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (reputed company, Captivate, reputed company, reputed company, or similar).- Excellent English writing and communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to design interactive and visual learning experiences for remote learners.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version management. Preferred Skills- Experience designing simulation-based or system-training modules.- Familiarity with LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI standards, and learner analytics.- Understanding of reputed company’s service lines (assistants, marketing, operations) and reputed company workflows.- Certification or coursework in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Education.
