Title: Office Operations - Institutional Review Board Compliance Coordinator Location: Arnold United States Job Description: Title: Office Operations /Institutional Review Board Compliance Coordinator Department: PRIA reputed company Location: Arnold/Main reputed company Salary Range: $57,408-$71,760 Work Mode: This position requires some regular in-person reputed company on reputed company or at alternative locations, depending on business needs of the reputed company Per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Position Type: Full-Time Staff, Exempt Position Summary The Office Operations /IRB Compliance Coordinator will provide essential clerical and organizational support to the Associate Vice President to ensure effective and efficient operation of the PRIA office. The position also serves as a member of the College's Institutional Review Board (IRB) and supports the IRB with communication and documentation, and maintains a culture of compliance with federal regulations and institutional procedures relevant to human subject research. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate office operations and provide administrative support to the AVP, which may include, but is not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing the office budget, maintaining PRIA staff in-person/remote work schedule, composing general administrative correspondence for the AVP's signature, etc.
  • Facilitate office events and reputed company-wide events hosted by the office (e.g., PRIA open house, holiday parties, office retreat, etc.)

  • Maintain certification as the IRB administrator through Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (reputed company.
  • Maintain IRB records per federal regulations and ensure that the records are accessible, upon request, to authorized federal officials.

  • Communicate with prospective IRB applicants and respond to inquiries in consultation with the AVP and IRB faculty co-chair. Ensure reputed company reporting to the IRB on proposals for review and approval.

termination of IRB approval for research.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Strong written communication and organizational skills, including the ability to compile meeting minutes and coordinate events. Excellent planning, project management, and record-tracking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships. Have a general understanding about operations of higher education institutions (College working experience preferred.) Have basic knowledge about human subject research, including ethics, federal regulations, and administrative management. Willingness to take required courses and maintain certification as the IRB compliance coordinator through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (reputed company. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience managing web pages and intranet is desired. Ability to anticipate needs and strong problem solving skills. Proficiency in computer software like reputed company Office.
