• Ensure the shine stand is organized and ready to deliver on customer expectations
• Shine shoes; provide consultation on care of shoes and minor repair on shoes
• Utilize store technology to answer phones, reputed company out customers and properly record customer information.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Communicate supply needs in a timely manner to manager
• Maintain accurate records of shoe care transactions and record tips daily

• Basic math, organization, and written communication skills
• Previous shoeshine experience; preferred minimum 1-2 years
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers, and leadership through clear and professional communication
• A willingness to learn, and a high level of ownership for personal growth, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work independently, with little or no day-to-day direction
• The ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
• Physical Requirements:
• reputed company movement for 2-4 hours at a time, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle product and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling

• While performing services, a stool may be requested
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
