About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Global Customer Training and Education to reputed company the development and execution of a world-class training experience for our customers. This role will own the customer education journey end-to-end, whether delivered through our sales force, peer-to-peer programs, or digital platforms. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for designing and scaling a comprehensive training ecosystem that includes in-person programs, online modules, on-demand content, peer-to-peer learning, and fellows programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global customer training and education strategy, aligning with blithequark's strategic goals and objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and customer engagement, ensuring reputed company improvement and refinement of our training programs.
• Design and implement scalable training programs, including instructor-led in-person training, virtual and hybrid training sessions, peer-to-peer learning experiences, on-demand eLearning modules, and fellowship and advanced user programs.
• Ensure content is clinically accurate, engaging, and reputed company with adult learning principles, by partnering with clinical affairs and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure training is impactful, consistent, and reputed company with blithequark's commercial goals.
• Partner with the Director of Global Product & Clinical training to align training with product innovations and updates, and to ensure seamless execution of global training events and programs.
• reputed company digital platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and collaboration software, to deliver and track training, and continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and formats to enhance learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and training partners, and collaborate with key customers to co-reputed company content and programs, ensuring customer insights and feedback are incorporated into our training programs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in customer training, education, marketing, sales, and/or commercial enablement, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven experience designing and scaling global training programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate teams to reputed company exceptional results.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40%), to deliver training programs, attend industry events, and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications
