About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Consultant to join reputed company in Charlotte, NC. As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing personalized and outstanding customer service to our clients. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, friendly, and professional
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels

Essential Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or financial services (or similar industry)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or similar industry
• Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

Compensation and Benefits
