The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support a USDA program by assisting customers with order placement, entering sales data, maintaining customer master records, and generating reports. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering sales orders into a USDA Database
• Managing incoming orders through a dedicated email account
• Updating ship-to account information as needed
• Generating reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel
• Supporting customer service tasks reputed company to credits, debits, and account management
• Providing professional, timely communication with customers and internal teams
• Working from home if you live in certain US states (see below)
• Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with a contract expected to last at least 12 months

What You'll Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company customer service and/or order entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently
• Proficiency with basic PC skills, Outlook, Word, reputed company, reputed company PDF
• Experience with Office 365 and reputed company is preferred but not required
• Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to register for a USDA eAuthentication account (requires a valid Driver's License)
