Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, Ad Sales

Sales Sales Operations Permanent reputed company We are seeking a Senior Analyst for a dynamic opportunity with reputed company's Ad Sales team in reputed company, reporting to the Head of reputed company Management & Forecasting. This role drives reputed company growth through strategic data analysis and sales process optimization. Key stakeholders include sales and financial leadership, and the opportunity to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Insights & Reporting: Identify business trends and recommend data-driven reputed company growth strategies by coordinating with Sales Analytics to build and enhance dashboards, and delivering weekly sales performance insights, including reputed company forecasting, pipeline analysis, seller performance, and win reputed company tracking.
• Process Improvement: Support global projects to standardize and automate reputed company processes by engaging with sales leadership to gather feedback, drive reputed company improvement, and challenge existing workflows to increase sales team efficiency.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• You have at least 5+ years of digital media experience in an analytical role, experience in sales operations or sales commissions a plus
• You have technical Skills Proficiency in SQL, Tableau or equivalent BI tools, reputed company CRM, Sales productivity and forecasting tools
• You have strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative; ability to interpret and synthesize data, determine trends and present findings in an accurate, concise, digestible and actionable manner
