Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage (Relief)

Ideal Candidate: This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who can jump in to provide seamless support for reputed company. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
• Triage medical cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
• Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
• Deliver top-tier client care with reputed company and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
• Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
• Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems
