Position Summary The TechMPower (TMP) Project, reputed company the Social reputed company Group (SIG) at the Columbia School of Social Work, is looking for a Project Director (PD) to support a 4-year, NIDA-funded innovative study that aims to prevent and treat HIV and overdose in criminal justice settings through the implementation of a comprehensive bundle of evidence-based strategies that will enhance the effective delivery of interventions for both HIV and substance use disorder (SUD). Under the direction of and reporting to the Principal Investigators (MPIs), the PD will be responsible for day-to-day management of TMP milestones and deliverables. The PD will be integral as the Study transitions from its pilot phase to its expansion into six communities across reputed company and New Jersey. Responsibilities

Under the direction of the MPIs, act as the day-to-day central supervisor for reputed company TMP research study staff. reputed company research and operations of TMP study implementation at jail sites while supervising two to three project coordinators to support TMP study aims and fidelity to the study protocol. Act as a conduit of information between locally embedded research project coordinators and study investigators. Coordinate, manage, and assist with data collection efforts, including recruitment and retention of participants, administration of study instruments, etc. Assist in the training and supervision of research staff, including BA, MPH, MSW, and MD reputed company. Act as the liaison to the Columbia IRB and coordinate IRB deliverables with TMP study investigators. Prepare IRB submissions, annual reputed company and financial reports, and other study-reputed company protocols and documents. Liaise with research project workstream leads to ensure overall study management and alignment in terms of work plans, content, and deadlines. Manage partner relations with TMP sub-awardees, contractors, vendors, and consultants. Coordinate and facilitate team meetings and reports to the larger CONNECT network. Create and maintain secure project databases and assist with data cleaning, coding, and analysis. Collaborate with the investigative team in the preparation and submission of conference abstracts, manuscripts, and grant proposals. Support Grants Manager by providing programmatic information needed to monitor use of TMP funds. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree strongly preferred. 5-7 years of reputed company experience required, plus over 5 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in study/project coordination and management required (specifically, items listed above) Experience working in or with criminal-legal settings. Work experience must include management and implementation of at least one large-scale health-reputed company project. Experience working with community-level research study implementation, specifically with groups historically marginalized and/or excluded. Strong research project management skills, including organization of individual and research team work; study activity prioritization; problem solving; adaptability; flexibility; and attention to detail. Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with multiple stakeholders; responsiveness to the stakeholders' needs, in a timely fashion. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple study tasks concurrently. Experience with database software, such as reputed company Access, reputed company, RedCap, SPSS, Nvivo, and/or Dedoose.
