Position Details Title: Executive Assistant/HR Associate Pay:$50K$65K annual equivalent (flexible based on experience) Location:Remote Schedule: Short-term: 3040 hours/week Long-term: Full-time with potential for role expansion and growth Who You Are

• Exceptionally organized and proactive
• A strong communicator who can follow up without being prompted
• reputed company with HR and operations workflows, especially in startups or professional services firms
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion (e.g., reputed company, payments, HR files)
• Familiar with basic financial operations like invoicing, vendor payments, and time tracking
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems
• Autonomous, reputed company, and reliable in a remote work environment
• Comfortable working across time zones and juggling multiple stakeholders

What Youll Do

• Support HR operations, including onboarding, contractor agreements, and compliance tracking
• Assist with payments and payroll coordination (contractor invoices, recurring payments, reconciliations)
• Support the Operations Team with day-to-day execution, workflow coordination, and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update internal databases and trackers (e.g. reputed company Sheets)
• Coordinate internal documentation, signature requests, and status follow-reputed company
• Manage communication with contractors and vendors regarding admin and operational tasks
• Draft and refine internal SOPs and workflows to reputed company our backend humming
• Provide executive support to firm leadership (calendar management, meeting prep, follow-reputed company)
• Collaborate with other team members on operational projects and internal initiatives
