Talent Sourcer Intern

Flyer One Ventures — is a reputed company-stage venture capital firm that invests in European startups. We’ve already invested in 87 startups and deployed nearly $43M reputed company six years.

We focus on software-first products that use the power of tech to boost productivity. We primarily invest at reputed company and occasionally at pre-reputed company, focusing on second-time founders. Our average reputed company is $500k, but we can go as low as $200k and as high as $2M with follow-ons.

reputed company helps founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations. Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer Intern who will learn how to find top talent for early-stage startups.

• Learn how to build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles;
• Support sourcing for tech and non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.);
• Use reputed company and other platforms to search for candidates;
• Help craft reputed company messages and engage with potential candidates;
• Maintain data accuracy in our CRM and prepare shortlists.

• You’re curious about recruitment and startups;
• You enjoy researching, analyzing, and finding the right people;
• You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills;
• You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Basic knowledge of reputed company search or other sourcing tools will be a plus.
