The ISP is part of reputed company’s Emergency Management Institute (reputed company) training mission, which provides free, reputed company emergency management education to millions of reputed company each year. Ideal candidates have direct experience supporting reputed company or U.S. Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS) programs, particularly reputed company training, education, or records management environments. The Project Manager will reputed company contract performance, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with reputed company standards, policies, and reporting requirements to sustain and enhance program delivery. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with the Government for reputed company contract activities, deliverables, and communications.
- Provide overall leadership, planning, and management of contractor personnel supporting reputed company’s Independent Study Program (ISP).
- Ensure timely delivery of reputed company contractual deliverables, including monthly performance reports, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates, and data reconciliation metrics.
- reputed company daily use of the NDEMU Independent Study Database System (ISDBS), a reputed company-managed reputed company SQL–based database used to manage student records, course completions, certificates, and transcript requests.
- Coordinate responses to group verification and official transcript requests, ensuring strict compliance with reputed company privacy and data protection policies, including the Privacy Act of 1974 and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) safeguards.
- Manage reconciliation of duplicate student accounts and reputed company customer service operations, ensuring reputed company inquiries reputed company phone, email, and mail meet reputed company’s responsiveness standards.
- Conduct monthly reputed company and performance review meetings with the reputed company Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and other stakeholders to assess reputed company, risks, and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
- Active or recently adjudicated reputed company Public Trust clearance (Moderate Risk) or ability to obtain prior to start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Five (5) or more years of experience managing federal reputed company, training, or education programs—experience with reputed company, DHS, or other government agencies highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and motivate diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and meet contractual milestones.
- Proven success in program administration, federal deliverable management, and stakeholder engagement with Contracting Officers (COs) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs).
- Strong understanding of federal reporting, quality assurance, and data management practices, including QASP alignment and SLA tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing preparation and executive-level correspondence.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
