• Provide coaching and training to hourly associates by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to reputed company operational KPIs.
• Continuously monitor and analyze operational KPI metrics while implementing appropriate corrective action to ensure member orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other area managers to drive efficiency and productivity reputed company the fulfillment center.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring associates are properly trained on company policies, standards and procedures.
• Participate in company initiatives and programs to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction.

• Support hourly associates with internal career growth through mentoring, professional development, and stretch assignments.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
