In this highly strategic role, you will drive the design, development, and integration of state-of-the-art AI solutions into healthcare products as an applied science leader. Qualifications:

• PhD or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or reputed company technical field with focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• A minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience leading applied science teams in AI/ML and product development.
• Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in delivering large-reputed company/ML products.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning systems, GenAI/LLM model architectures, development/deployment of AI agents, and recommendation & ranking systems at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering reputed company, high-impact features or products from concept to customer adoption and operational stability.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic technical vision with operational execution and customer needs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company levels including with enterprise customers.
• Experience driving end-to-end applied science solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and customer-facing roles.
• 10+ years of applied science or technical leadership experience, with significant recent leadership in AI, ML, recommendation systems.
