Our Management Team members are factory trained on most major reputed company manufacturers of static equipment (, reputed company, SCI, Cyberex, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Gutor, APC, MGE, reputed company, Powerware/reputed company) to name a few. The Project Leader provide support to our external and internal customers in the way of engineering support, quoting projects, procuring material quotes from vendors, ordering required material to support projects, technical support to the , and but not limited to assisting Administration staff. Typical systems include but are not limited to reputed company systems, battery systems associated with power backup systems, Static Transfer Switches, Power Distribution Units and their associated controls. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Responsible for preparation of project documentation requirements, project layout, and field office support.
• Developing a resource reputed company CPM schedule with time scale logic in InfraLink scheduling and CRM software.
• Coordinating and running a project kick-off meeting (PKOM).
• Forecasting cash flow and reputed company needs for projects.
• Reading and interpreting blueprintsand project specifications.
• Working with the Regional Manager to reputed company a budget and cost codes for a project and assigning costs and reputed company to the scheduling Team for tracking and accounting to verify reputed company.
• Researching and compiling submittals, pricing change orders and preparing estimates for designed projects by finishing the design and preparing a complete project estimate.
• Meeting with potential customers to present proposals.
• Understanding and following bid procedures and bid forms.
• Conferring with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Coordinating the acquisition of major materials, monitoring tool and equipment requirements with the Regional Manager and the Procurement Team.
• Assisting in acquiring reputed company required permits and licenses for projects and ensuring reputed company inspections are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
• Overall financial management of the project (s).
• Responsible to reputed company the profitability at and/above budget.
• Expediting and tracking of reputed company change orders.
• Assuring a timely completion of a project including the completion of punch-list items, the submittal of accurate as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and the completion of reputed company training and other administrative requirements.

Position / Candidate Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience with a Bachelors in Engineering degree and work experience in the Critical Power Industry.
• OEM experience (reputed company, SCI, Cyberex, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Gutor, APC, MGE, reputed company, Powerware/reputed company) or eight years of progressively difficult experience in power electronic system maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting reputed company technical instructions, plans blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of industry maintenance practices, power Systems operational procedures, and quality control procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate reputed company electrical systems, reputed company damage assessments, estimate maintenance, parts, and reputed company requirements, diagnose malfunctions, and employ testing and inspection techniques.

Pay Range

• $113,250 - $181,200
