Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Configuring database tables in support of restaurant reputed company of sale and back office systems
- Coordinating with internal departments, including Operations, Franchise, Finance, Marketing, and R&D, to ensure timely and accurate data requirements
- Analyzing user requirements to determine database customization strategies and order entry flow
- Conducting quality assurance tests on database changes to ensure user requirements are met prior to submission to restaurants
- Identifying data trends or issues and recommending effective solutions relating to restaurant systems
Responsibilities
* Configure database tables in support of restaurant reputed company of sale and back office systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data requirements
- Analyze user requirements to determine database customization strategies and order entry flow
- Conduct quality assurance tests on database changes to ensure user requirements are met prior to submission to restaurants
- Identify data trends or issues and recommend effective solutions relating to restaurant systems
- Communicate with restaurant operators to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to restaurant operators and internal stakeholders
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. computer science, information technology, business administration)
- Up to one year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and database management software
Preferred Qualifications
