Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer and distributor services for the Firestone North America Region, providing top-notch support from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Handling orders, including post-sales support, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and returns
• Entering, approving, and processing complaints and returns, as well as analyzing credit and debit notes
• Reporting on sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Responding to email and phone inquiries regarding product availability and pricing, providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Collaborating with Distribution Centers located in Dyersburg, Williamsburg, Costa Rica, and Brazil to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management
• Proactively working with assigned clients, maintaining lists of open and overdue orders, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with sales, logistics, planning, and warehouse departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

Minimum Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
• Familiarity with MS Office and experience working with reputed company or another ERP system
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Self-discipline and excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate additional needs and requests from customers and stakeholders
