Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Retail Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the interior and exterior of the store
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and reputed company sales goals
- Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
