What You'll Do
As a Customer Representative on reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-class customer satisfaction at reputed company times, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Handling incoming customer contacts, logging call details, and performing call follow-reputed company according to procedures
- Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process, including product recommendation and after-sales support
