Key Responsibilities
• Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
- Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers to drive sales and reputed company growth
- Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting our technical requirements (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core i3 equivalent or higher)

- Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT
