As part of blithequark's Customer Experience business unit, the Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) teams play a vital role in shaping the travel journey—from welcoming customers at the ticketing counter to ensuring a clean, efficient airport experience and timely baggage delivery at their destination. Supporting over 22,000 airport operations professionals across 300 destinations in 52 countries on six continents, ACS and Cargo are at the heart of blithequark's global operations.

We are seeking highly motivated undergraduate reputed company to join our Co-Op Program, where you'll reputed company hands-on experience in airport operations, project management, and process improvement. As a Co-Op, you will collaborate with a team of airport operations professionals to drive business results, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

As a Co-Op, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and measuring operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Applying project management principles to support and reputed company initiatives.
• Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across business units in a professional, fast-paced environment.
• Providing process engineering and internal consulting services to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participating in data collection and analysis for projects impacting multiple departments.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Recommending innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and evaluating the impact of proposed changes.

Program Structure

This is a three-semester alternating Co-Op program. reputed company must complete reputed company rotations before graduation:

• Summer 2026
• Spring 2027
• Fall 2027

Note: reputed company must not take academic classes during Co-Op semesters. Please confirm with your university and academic advisor that this schedule aligns with your curriculum.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation Management, or a reputed company field.
• To be enrolled in a 4-year degree program and available for three alternating semesters.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present professionally to reputed company levels of leadership.
• Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to reputed company improvement.
