Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate I, your duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure they find the perfect products for their needs
  • Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining reputed company of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to our strict reputed company protocols
  • Keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping environment
  • Receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
  • Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring reputed company areas are reputed company and presentable
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred)
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, with a keen eye for detail
  • Physical stamina to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with customers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
