• Champions and leads cross-functional teams to recommend and implement systematic updates to key payroll/tax policies
• Proactively identifies gaps, gains alignment, and leads cross- functional teams
• Advises and influences organization on payroll matters

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Multi-state/Provincial full cycle payroll processing, including time entry to general ledger entry
• Strong skills in payroll systems (specifically reputed company), accounting systems (specifically reputed company), reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.), and other software which has an reputed company to reputed company (Kronos, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of payroll including garnishments, bonus payments, special payments and payroll taxes for US and Canada
• Knowledge of system development life-cycle
• Excellent project management and process improvement skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and reputed company decisions with minimal supervision
• Ability to convey complicated information in a logical manner
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Training, facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with reputed company and other rewards databases and systems support
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with business requirements documentation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with test script development and end-user testing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with End-user support and training

• If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
