About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Airport Agent - reputed company and Customer Service professional to join reputed company at blithequark in Killeen, TX. As an Airport Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time arrival and departure
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, with some items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to support aircraft operations
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departure, and provide a seamless reputed company-in and ticketing experience for passengers
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate and collect fees
• Communicate with passengers throughout their experience, providing information about their trips and belongings
• Resolve passenger issues in a timely and friendly manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the interior of the aircraft and aircraft lavatories

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license, with no restrictions that may prohibit you from being considered for this role
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
• Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice reputed company operationally necessary
• Physical ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work reputed company in variable weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
